All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Occasionally there can be delays if there are a high volume of orders or courier delays due to weather, holiday season or Covid-19 that may be out of our control.
Domestic Shipping Rates
We offer $12-15 flat rate shipping to anywhere in Canada or FREE shipping when you spend $100.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our candle studio in Bayview, NS. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are by appointment only. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come and yes, on your phone is perfect and recommended to save on paper!
At this time we do not offer shipping outside of Canada but we haven't ruled it out for the future.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check the status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you live in the Maritimes, your order will likely ship via Canada Post, therefore please provide us with your PO Box address. The rest of Canada will likely ship via UPS, FedEx, Purolator, etc. so please provide your civic address. Failure to provide the adequate address may result in a delay of your shipment.
